The Beaver Scouts at 15th Romsey North Baddesley made some finger snakes to celebrate St. Patrick the Patron Saint of Ireland.
Legend has it that back in the fifth century St. Patrick drove the snakes from Ireland. Standing on top of a hill he used his staff to herd the slithering creatures into the sea, banishing them for eternity.
